Patrick Commisso carries forward a butchery tradition his family built over 70 years. At Pat's Prime Cuts in Georgetown, that means every piece of meat is hand-selected, every marinade made in-house, and every customer treated like a regular. This isn't a grocery counter. It's a craft.
